摘　　要：司法独立包括法院独立、审级独立、法官独立。司法实践中,更应该强调的是法官独立。笔者重点探讨法院内部的法官独立问题,从目前试点中的主审法官制出发,对妨碍法官独立的问题进行剖析,并探讨可能的对策,以利于实现司法改革中的真正的法官独立。Judicial independence includes independence of court,trial level,and judges. In the judicial practice,judge independence should be given more prominence. The paper dealt with the independent judging inside courts,based on the pilot study of "presiding judge system". It analyzed the interference into independent judging and sought possible countermeasure to realize the independent judging by judges.
