媒介融合时代新闻人才培养模式探讨——以三江学院文学与新闻传播学院新闻人才培养改革与实践为例

摘　　要：在媒介融合时代,各媒介间的融合和竞争日趋复杂,传统的新闻人才培养模式已不能适应时代的需求,新闻人才供需出现鸿沟,高校在新闻人才的培养上面临着严峻的挑战。笔者在对传统的新闻人才培养模式的弊端进行剖析的基础上,进而对媒介融合时代新的人才培养模式进行探讨,提出了化解新闻人才培养困境的现实路径和选择。As the integration and competition between different media in the time of media integration become intense and complex, the traditional journalist cultivation pattern no longer fits the demand of the society and gap appears between the talent demand and supply. The present paper attempts to discuss the journalist talent training in the new time of media integration and put forward the way-out and choice of measures overcoming the plight on the basis of analyzing the defects of traditional cultivation.
