摘　　要：针对我国高校创新教育中存在的主要问题进行研究。提出教育创新和提高高校创新教育的基本措施,为创造适合创新教育的环境、突出以人为本的原则、具有良好的政策导向,对创建一个宽松、自由的、创新制度和构建高教自身实际的创新性课程体系以及高校开展创新教育的基本保障有着积极地借鉴作用。it’s studied the main existed problems about creative Education in Colleges and Universities of our country. And proposed educational innovation and the basic measures for improving innovative education in colleges and universities, which is good policy - oriented to create an environment for innovation in education, and highlight the principle of people foremost;and also has a positive role in creating a relaxed, free and innovative system and building innovative curriculums of practical and higher education and carrying out innovative education in colleges and universities as basic security.
