摘　　要：针对社会的需求和高新技术水平已成为国家经济竞争力的核心成分进行分析,提出了民办高校的发展必须创建特色,在特色教育的同时,应注重创新人才培养,将是我国教育现代化建设的重要组成部分,也是在高新技术开发中具有不可替代的作用。Based on an analysis of demands for human resources and the fact that high and new technology is now the core of a country’s economic competitiveness,the article proposes the concept that private higher learning institutions must be of unique characteristics.Besides,emphasis must be laid on training of innovative personnel. This is an important part of modern education and has an irreplaceable role in high and new technology development.
