摘　　要：在探索民办高校学报的发展中,研究学报的特色,针对学报是展示本学校教学水平、学术水平以及科研成果的窗口,提出编辑应以反映本校教学、科研的最新成果为己任,要在善于发现现在作品的同时,还要善于发现未来的作品;研究如何尊重科研人员的科研成果和教学水平的再提高;只有把好学报质量关,以高质量和显示学校学报的优势来形成自己的个性和特色,才能提高学报的品位和格调,这样学报才有生命、学报才有发展。As one of the ’windows’ of a university,through which its achievements in teaching and research may be viewed in a concentrated way,university academic journals play a very important role in maintaining and enhancing the academic status of the institution and in improving the quality of teaching,research and management carried out by its staff and faculty.It is therefore of vital importance for the editors of the academic journal to be aware of their mission and to carry it out conscientiously to ensure the journal’s quality and individuality.To a large extent,quality and indi- viduality are as essential to the journal as air and water are to life.This is even more so for private educational institutions,which bear characteristics that should be fully respected and reflected in their academic journals.
