民办高校和谐发展面临的挑战与对策

摘　　要：文章分析了在构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下,民办高校和谐发展所面临的严峻挑战,指出民办高校要和谐发展必须树立科学的发展观念,并结合三江学院的办学实践,对民办高校的发展定位、办学指导思想、办学思路与发展战略等问题,进行了较为全面的探讨。The article gives an analysis of the serious challenges private colleges face in achieving a harmonious development as the country is striving for a harmonious society.It points out that the scientific development concept can help the harmonious development of private colleges,and presents a comprehensive discussion of the orientation,guiding princi- ples and development strategy of private colleges in accordance with the practices of Sanjiang College.
