摘　　要：三江学院根据民办办学体制和生源层次特点,深入研究应用型人才基本内涵和需求特征,总结提炼出了融合"知识、能力、素质"的"三维一体"应用型人才培养理念,是对应用型人才培养规律与特点的再认识和新探索,具有丰富的内涵和鲜明的特征,并有效推动了学校应用型人才培养工作。On the basis of the non-governmental higher education system and enrolment standard,the present paper deals with the definition and social need for versatile and practical talents and attempts to formulate the "trinity" training conception for versatile and practical talents integrating "knowledge,capacity and quality",which is a breakthrough with rich connotation and historical significance for boosting the educational endeavor for training versatile and practical talents.
