摘　　要：实践教学在应用型人才培养过程中具有重要作用。笔者结合三江学院的实践与探索,提出了构建并完善以能力培养为主线,涵盖课程教学实践、专业教学实践和素质教育实践的应用型人才培养的实践教学体系,并介绍了三江学院在一些主要实践环节方面的改革与成效。Practice teaching is an important link in the training program of versatile and practical talents.The paper put forward a practice teaching system which focuses on the skill training and integrates curriculum teaching practice,specialty teaching practice and cultural quality education practice and briefly described the reform and its effect on the establishment of such a system.
