积极探索、勇于实践,办出具有“三江特色”的民办院校工程管理专业

摘　　要：随着高校改革的进一步深入,三江学院作为以应用型人才为培养目标的民办高校面临着严峻的挑战和良好的改革契机。本文通过对工程管理专业各高校办学情况的分析,结合三江实际,提出充分利用民办机制,以"应用型"为专业办学特色,建立专业建设和改革的总体框架,从课程体系、实践教学、毕业设计和师资建设上提出了改革措施并介绍了其初步成效。With the deepening reform in tertiary institutions in China,Sanjiang University,a non-governmental University with the cultivation of practical talents as its general objective,is faced with both severe challenges and valuable reform opportunities.On the basis of an analysis on the running of engineering management specialty in other tertiary institutions and the actual situation of the specialty in Sanjiang University,the present paper suggested that a general framework of the specialty construction and reform be set up taking advantage of the non-governmental operation mechanism and the "practical talents training" characteristics.In addition,the paper offered some reform measures in terms of syllabus design,practice teaching,graduation project and faculty construction after a brief introduction of the initial effect already achieved.
