摘　　要：三江学院作为民办本科高校,必须坚持以科学发展观为引领,创新办学体制、健全现代大学制度,坚持以人为本、促进全面发展,坚持内涵发展、提高教学质量,凝练大学精神、加强校园文化建设,在此基础上,才能又好又快地实现可持续发展。The present paper deals with the sustainable development of Sanjiang College in the light of "scientific development conception".The conclusion is drawn as follows:as a private tertiary institution,the effective and sustainable development of Sanjiang College depends on innovating collegial operation system,perfecting modern university education system,sticking to the people-centered,all-round development,enhancing inhesion construction,improving teaching quality,distilling university spirit,and accomplishing campus cultural build-up under the direction of "scientific development conception".
