摘　　要：根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》"完善中国特色现代大学制度,完善治理结构"的要求,贯彻落实全省教育工作会议和规划纲要精神,进一步深化办学体制和内部管理体制改革,探索建立现代大学制度,努力把三江学院建成全国有影响的地方重点应用型大学,建成特色鲜明的高水平民办大学和全国民办高校的教育改革创新基地。In accordance with the requirement in "National Medium And Long-Term Educational Reform and Development Project Summary" that the modern tertiary education system with the Chinese characteristics be perfected",and to implement the resolutions and plans passed at the provincial education conference,the college operational system and internal management reform should be carried forward,and the modern tertiary education system be experimented and studied,and the concerted efforts be made to turn Sanjiang College into a provincial key vocational college with national prestige as well as an experiment base for non-government college reform.
