摘  要:考察了链烷烃单独裂化以及与其他烃类混合裂化时的转化率以及典型产物的分布,结果表明,链烷烃单独裂化时比较容易裂化,与其他烃类混合裂化时,其转化受到了明显抑制。分析认为,氢转移反应对原料烃类尤其是链烷烃的转化有明显的影响,链烷烃与强供氢体环烷芳烃混合催化裂化时发生第1类氢转移反应,链烷烃的转化受到抑制;链烷烃与小分子烯烃混合催化裂化时发生第2类氢转移反应,链烷烃的转化受到促进。因此,为了促进链烷烃的催化转化,需要抑制第1类氢转移反应,而促进第2类氢转移反应。The catalytic crackings of paraffins separated and mixed with other hydrocarbon were studied,and their conversion and the main product distribution were compared.It was found that paraffins cracked easier,while cracked mixing with other hydrocarbon the conversion was inhibited.Hydrogen transfer reactions could significantly impact the conversion of raw hydrocarbon,especially paraffins.When paraffins and hydrogen donator cycloalkyl aromatic were mixed and catalytic cracking,the first style of hydrogen transfer could occur to restrain the transformation of paraffins.When paraffins and small molecule olefins were mixed and catalytic cracking,the second style of hydrogen transfer could occur to promote the transformation of paraffins.Therefore,in order to promote the catalytic conversion of paraffins,it was necessary to suppress the first type hydrogen transfer reactions,and promote the second type of hydrogen transfer reactions.
