摘  要:拟薄水铝石具有的独特胶溶性能在化工行业广泛应用,但不同拟薄水铝石的胶溶性差异明显。采用FT-IR、DSC、XRD等手段考察了不同拟薄水铝石的胶溶指数与其结构的关系。结果表明,拟薄水铝石胶溶过程及形成铝胶后,其晶体结构基本不变。拟薄水铝石的胶溶性能与其表观物性无关,而与其结晶度有关。结晶水含量决定铝羟基数量,进而决定拟薄水铝石结晶度和γ相转变温度;结晶水含量越多,结晶度越高,胶溶性越好。拟薄水铝石的γ相转变温度与其胶溶指数呈负指数关系。Pseudo-boehmite(PB)is widely used in chemical industry because of its unique peptization properties,but different PB exhibits different peptizability.FT-IR,XRD and DSC were adopted to explore the relation between peptizing index and structure of PB.The results indicated that the crystal structure of PB generally remained unchanged throughout the peptization process.The decisive cause of PB peptizability was not its basic physical properties but its crystallization properties.The amount of aluminum-hydroxyl groups depended on the content of crystal water in PB,which influenced crystallinity andγphase transition temperature of PB.The more the amount of crystal water,the higher the degree of crystallinity,and the better the peptizability of PB.There was a negative exponential relation between peptizing index andγ phase transition temperature of PB.
