摘  要:模拟移动床吸附分离技术主要用于分离沸点接近但是被吸附能力不同的混合物,生产高纯度产品。液相模拟移动床每个吸附剂床层均设置物料进、出管线。物料进、出管线的数量和位置,是模拟移动床吸附分离工艺的重要影响因素。通过计算流体力学(CFD)模拟确定了物料进、出管线的数量,以及各股物料在管线中的排列位置和进、出料顺序,并根据计算结果,对工艺进行了优化,确定了生产高纯度产品的液相模拟移动床物料进、出管线冲洗工艺。Adsorptive separation technology with simulated moving bed is mainly applied in separation of mixture,in which the components possessed similar boiling points and different adsorption abilities,to produce high purity product.The feeding and discharging pipelines are set up for every adsorbing bed in a simulated moving bed.The number and position of pipelines are the important factors affecting the process of adsorptive separation.The number and position of pipelines and switching schedule of feeding and discharging were calculated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations.Then the optimization was carried out based on the calculating results,and a flushing process of feeding and discharging pipelines for a simulated moving bed to produce high purity product was developed finally.
