摘  要:采用原位晶化法制备了整体式FAU分子筛,系统考察了合成体系的n(SiO<sub>2</sub>)/n(Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>)、n(Na<sub>2</sub>O)/n(SiO<sub>2</sub>)、n(H<sub>2</sub>O)/n(Na<sub>2</sub>O)、晶化温度和时间对整体式FAU分子筛结晶度的影响规律。结果表明,在所考察的范围内,随着合成体系的n(SiO<sub>2</sub>)/n(Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>)增加和n(Na<sub>2</sub>O)/n(SiO<sub>2</sub>)的减小,整体式FAU分子筛结晶度逐渐升高;随着n(H<sub>2</sub>O)/n(Na<sub>2</sub>O)的增大,整体式FAU分子筛结晶度呈现先升高后降低趋势。晶化温度从80℃逐渐增加至100℃时,整体式FAU分子筛结晶度也随之升高;初始产物结晶度较低(0<sup>2</sup>h),然后随着晶化时间的延长急剧升高(2<sup>7</sup>h),最后基本保持不变(】7h)。按照较优的合成体系配比和晶化条件合成出了高纯度、高结晶度的整体式FAU分子筛。Monolithic FAU zeolite was synthesized by in-situ crystallization method,and the influences of n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3),n(Na_2O)/n(SiO_2),n(H_2O)/n(Na_2O),crystallization temperature and time on the crystallinity of the prepared monolithic FAU zeolite were systematically investigated.It was found that the crystallinity of the prepared monolithic FAU zeolite increased with the increase of n(SiO2)/n(Al_2O_3)as well as the decrease of n(Na_2O)/n(SiO_2).As the n(H_2O)/n(Na_2O)rose progressively,the product crystallinity increased firstly and then decreased.When the crystallization temperature increased from 80℃to 100℃,the product crystallinity increased accordingly.The product crystallinity was very low at the beginning of crystallization(0-2h),and then increased sharply with the increase of the crystallization time(2-7h),and almost kept constant at the end(>7h).The monolithic FAU zeolite with high purity and crystallinity was successfully obtained by using the optimized synthesis system under the proper crystallization condition.
