补肾固冲调经系列方对脾肾两虚型无排卵功血患者疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析比较中药补肾固冲调经系列方与西药妈富隆治疗120例脾肾两虚型无排卵功血患者的疗效和对血红蛋白和红细胞数值水平的影响。方法:把石家庄市三所医院收治的120例脾肾两虚型无排卵功能失调性子宫出血患者分为西药组和中药组,每组各60例患者。西药组患者使用妈富隆进行治疗,中药组患者使用中药补肾固冲调经系列方进行治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗3个月后的止血调周疗效以及血红蛋白和红细胞数量的变化。结果:两组患者治疗3个月后在止血调周方面总有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗前后血红蛋白和红细胞数值均显著升高,且中药组高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:中药补肾固冲调经系列方治疗脾肾两虚型无排卵功血疗效确切,中药组对血红蛋白和红细胞数值的提高效果更为显著。Objective: to analyze and compare the curative effect of series formula of invigorating kidney for reinforcing chong-Ren and regulating menstruation and Marvelon on spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of anovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding( ADUB) in 120 cases,and the effect on hemoglobin and erythrocyte count. Methods: 120 cases with ADUB from three hospitals of Shijiazhuang were randomly divided into western medicine group and Chinese medicine group,the former treated with Marvelon while the latter with the series formula. Observe and compare the curative effect and changes of hemoglobin and erythrocyte count three months after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between the total efficiency in stopping bleeding and regulating menstrual cycle in both groups( P > 0. 05); hemoglobin and erythrocyte count significantly increased before and after treatment,and Chinese medicine group was higher than the western medicine group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The series formula has positive effect in treating spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of ADUB,especially significantly on the increases of hemoglobin and erythrocyte count.
