健康宣教在高分辨率食管测压检查中的作用

摘　　要：目的研究健康宣教在高分辨率食管测压检查中的作用。方法将2013年4月23日至2013年7月22日来解放军总医院消化内科就诊行高分辨率食管测压检查的连续60例患者,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组采用常规方法插管测压,实验组先对患者进行健康宣教再进行常规方法插管,比较两组患者的一次性插管成功率、患者主观痛苦评分及完成检查所用时间。结果实验组患者主观痛苦评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义;实验组的一次性插管成功率高于对照组,实验组完成检查时间低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义。结论在高分辨率食管测压检查中进行健康宣教,是护理工组中重要的一部分,可以减轻插管所引起的患者主观痛苦,同时提高患者的配合与依从性,提高工作效率。Objective To study the efficacy of health education before high resolution manometry ( HRM) .Methods 60 Patients received the high-resolution manomety examination in the Department of Gastroenterology, General Hospital of PLA from April 23, 2013 to July 22, 2013 were included and randomized into two groups:health education was performed on 30 patients before catheterization ( the experimental group ) ,catheterization was done without health education in the other 30 patients ( the control group) .Each patient completed a questionnaire to score the surffering of catheterization after the HRM examination.The success rate of first catheterization , examination duration and the score of the suffering were compared .Results Success rate of first catheterization increased and the score of the suffering decreased in the experimental group compared with those the control group .Conclusions Health education can relieve patients′surffering during the HRM examination and promote the cooperation between the patients and the physicians .Its necessary to perform health education before HRM examination .
