摘 要:本文以北京汉力淼新技术有限公司提供的4种规格交联聚丙烯酰胺类保水剂为试材,研究了不同规格保水剂在不同浓度溶液中吸水、释水及吸附大量元素的性能。结果表明:随溶液浓度增加,保水剂的吸水倍数、吸水速率及其反复吸水倍数均呈降低趋势;释水速率在前36 h,越来越大,48 h与60 h之间,越来越小;吸附N、P元素呈先上升后下降,K元素表现出持续上升趋势。中小粒径保水剂的吸水倍数、吸水速率及其反复吸水倍数受溶液浓度影响较大;粒径越大,释水速率越大,吸附N、P和K元素均先增大后减小。供试保水剂材料中等粒径B规格保水剂在吸水、释水和吸附大量元素方面均显著优于其他规格保水剂。4 kinds of water retaining agents with crosslinked polyacrylamide from Beijing Hanlimiao New Technology Co.Ltd. were used as the experimental materials. The absorption, release and macro-nutrient absorption performance of water retaining agent with different concentrations were studied. The results showed that with the increasing concentration, water absorption multiples, water absorption rate and repeated water absorption multiples showed decreasing trend; water release rate in the first 36 h became more and more big and smaller and smaller between 48 h and 60 h. The adsorption of N, P elements were increased at first and then decreased, K elements showed a continuous increasing trend. Small and medium diameter water retaining agent′s water absorption multiples, water absorption rate and repeated water absorption multiples were significantly affected by solution concentration; the larger particle size, the greater water release rate and the adsorption of N, P and K elements increased first and then decreased. Medium diameter B specifications of selected water retaining agent showed better characteristics in water absorption, water release and macro-nutrient absorption than that of other specifications of water retaining agent.
