摘 要:农用塑料薄膜是重要的农业生产资料,引入转光材料可以使其具有光波长转化作用,将紫外光和部分不能起光合作用的可见光转换为作物可以利用的可见光,进而极大提高农作物对太阳光的利用率,提高光合作用效率,有效增加农作物产量。实验选用荧光效应强的罗丹明B,以聚乙二醇1000为长链,通过酯化反应对其衍生,得到具有脂溶性长链的罗丹明B衍生物。并对获得的衍生物进行红外、荧光表征。对于获得的罗丹明B衍生物,其荧光激发波长为568 nm,而发射波长为603 nm,将该衍生物以一定比例加到农用塑料薄膜中,制备出可以使日光的黄绿光转化为作物光合作用所需的红橙光的有机光转化膜。The membrane used in agriculture is important means of production in agricultural development and adding the light conversion agent into the membrane can greatly improve the utilization ratio of sunlight for crops and increase the agricultural production. Rhodamine B was selected as test material for its enhancement effect of fluorescence and polyethylene glycol was used as long chain. The Rhodamine B was derived by esterification reaction and obtained a fat-soluble long-chain. Infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence were characterized for derivative. The derivative was obtained under the conditions of 568 nm for excitation wavelength and 603 nm for emission wavelength. Mixing the derivative into the plastic film at proper proportion, the authors prepared the organic light conversion membrane which allowed green-yellow portion of sunlight to convert into red-orange light which the crop photosynthesis needed to effectively improve the photosynthetic efficiency.
