摘　　要：结合发展社会主义市场经济这一新的实际,深化对社会主义社会劳动和劳动理论的研究和认识,这是党要在新世纪实践"三个代表"就必须在理论上加以解决的重大课题。深化对马克思劳动价值论的认识和研究,是为了更好地坚持和发展这一理论而不是否定它;劳动价值论必须随着时代的进步和发展而增加新的时代内容,并对现时代的诸多变化作出科学的马克思主义的理论诠释。Deepening the research and cognition of socialt labor and labor value theory in combination with the new situation of developing socialist market-orienated economy is an important issue for the Party to deal with in realizing the 'Three Represents' in the new century. Deepening the research and cognition of Marxism labor value theory is to maintain and develop the theory but not to deny it and labor value theory must be developed with the time and be given a new content,and the scientific explanations on the changes of the time must be made.
