摘　　要：本文用12只犬模拟临床行重复硬膜外阻滞后,放血处死,以观察硬膜外腔的组织学变化。结果:穿刺部位的硬膜外腔组织出现轻度活动性炎症反应,局麻药作用部位的组织无明显变化,导管长期留置部位的组织学改变主要是对导管的异物反应。Simulated experiments of repeated epidural block were done in 12 dogs, and the animals were then sacrificed by bloodletting. Tissues around epidural space were studied under microscope. The results were as follows: mild inflammatory reactions were evident at the sites of repeated puncture; no histological changes were found where anesthetic drugs were instilled; and there were reactions to foreign bodies where catheters were kept in situ for long durations.
