摘 要:以斜生栅藻为食物,采用群体累积培养法研究了食物浓度(2.4、4.0、5.6和7.2×106cells/ml)对不同种群增长阶段的角突臂尾轮虫个体体积和卵体积的影响.结果表明:食物浓度、种群增长阶段以及两者间的交互作用均对轮虫的个体体积和卵体积有极显著影响.在两种群增长阶段中,指数增长期轮虫有较大的个体体积和卵体积,两阶段轮虫的个体体积差异达55.97%;而相对卵体积则在饱和期有较大的值.随食物浓度的升高,两阶段轮虫的个体体积均具有增大趋势,但相对卵体积则随食物浓度的上升而减小.By means of population accumulative culture and with a green algae, Scenedesmus obliquus at four food concentration (2.4, 4.0, 5.6 and 7.2×10~6 cells/ml) as the rotifer's food, the effects of food concentration on body size and egg size of Brachionus angularis at different population growth phases were studied. The results showed that both body volume and egg volume were significantly influenced by food concentration, population growth phase and interaction of them. Body volume and egg volume of the rotifers during the Log-phase was larger than that during the K-phase respectively. The difference of the body volume between the two phases reached 55.97%. The relative egg volume during the K-phase was larger than that during the Log-phase. In the two phases, body volume tended to be larger when the food concentration increased, but the relative egg volume had an opposite tendency.
