摘　　要：对 5 /6切除大鼠肾脏诱发其慢性肾功能衰竭的动物模型进行改良 ,该方法省时省力 ,可以减少麻药用量不当造成的大鼠死亡 ,随差血肌酐 (Scr)、尿素氮 (BUN)的增加 ,肾衰逐渐加重 。To amend the excising most kidney model of rats. The model conld save time while the survival rate of model rats will be increased, with inducing the narcotic drug. The higher level of the blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr), the worse of the chronic renal failure. Gave us a useful model for the experimental pharmacology and an effective filtration model for curing the chronic renal failure.
