摘　　要：MCPE2.4型电脑提花毛圈机是Mayer&Cie公司在MCPE型机的基础上经过改进而开发出来的,其具有先进的预成圈技术和双沉降片技术。文中介绍了该机成圈机件的具体配置,并对预成圈技术和双沉降片技术的作用原理加以说明,采用摆动沉降片,使其所编织的织物的毛圈高度严格一致。同时列举了几种该机所开发的毛圈织物品种。MCPE2.4 electronic jacquard pile knitting machine, modified and developed from MCPE machine by Mayer & CieCompany, bears advanced loop-preforming technique and double sinker technique. This paper introduces the actualarrangements of loop-forming elements, and explains the working principle of loop-preforming technique and double sinkertechnique. The height of piles is guaranteed to be strictly uniform due to application of swing sinkers. In addition, a few pileproducts developed on this kind of machine is presented.
