摘  要:细旦可染丙纶经共混改性后,其纤维中引入了一定数量的羧基和羟基,使染色性能得到了改善。文中介绍了纤维结晶度、吸附等温线、染料的相容性及透湿性的测定方法,并根据测试结果分析了细旦可染丙纶的染色特性,得出分散染料上染细旦可染丙纶纤维的吸附等温线为Nernst和Langmuir复合型,上染曲线呈双S型的结论。筛选出细旦可染丙纶染色的分散染料,具体为分散红SE-R、3B,分散黄SE-5R、S-G,分散蓝2BLN及PalanilBlueGLS-CF。The dye-ability of fine dyeable polypropylene can be improved through modification using polyblending method sincea number of carboxyl and hydroxide groups are introduced into the fibers. This paper introduces the fiber crystallinity,adsorption isotherm, compatibility of dyes and testing methods of moisture permeability. Conclusions are educed that theadsorption isotherm of disperse dyes onto fine dyeable polypropylene fibers is a combination of Nernst and Langmuir andthe exhaustion curve presents ?shape after analyzing the dyeing properties of fine dyeable polypropylene fiber usingthe testing results. The screened out disperse dyes suitable for fine dyeable polypropylene fibers are disperse red SE-R and3B, disperse yellow SE-5R and S-G, disperse blue 2BLN and Palanil Blue GLS-CF.
