摘　　要：缝制生产一般将每款服装流水式的生产线划分为若干生产工序,并制定每个工序的先后顺序及配备生产单位(机械和人力)的数量,订出各工序的单位产量定额和单件工资单价。文中对成衣款式工序设计与工序负荷平衡设计进行了分析和探讨,并通过一针织T恤衫实例对缝制生产线的优化设计以数据具体说明。The producing line of knitted apparel is usually divided into many working procedures. Then the sequence of allprocedures, the quantity of machines and workers, the ration output of each working procedure and the cost of each pieceis determined. This paper analyzes and discusses the working procedure design and workload balance design of patternsof ready-made garments. And the sewing producing line of knitted “T”shirt is optimized using actual data as an example.
