摘 要:以在实际生产线建立的在线监诊工作站为背景,研究了纸机压榨部在线监诊技术的基本理论依据、基本动态特性参数(即故障特征频率)、工作站软件与硬件的基本功能与表达方式的设计及配置,进一步提出了纸机压榨部动态特性的一般评价方法以及适宜于压榨部的故障诊断方法。并对此诊断设计与应用过程作了介绍,在此基础上,提出了智能化故障自诊断系统的基本条件与途径。In this paper, based on an actual monitoring and diagnosing working station specially designed and set up at the press section of a paper machine (PSPM), the study is carried out firstly to deal with the basic theories and dynamic characteristic parameters (i.e. the fault-characteristic frequencies) of the on-line monitoring and diagnosing system at PSPM (also valid for whole PM), then to investigate the design and condguration of the basic functions as Well as their expressing modes of the software and hardware for the station. Furthermore, the general evaluation method of the dynamic characteristic parameters for PSPM is discussed. In addition, the more suitable diagnosing method for PSPM, combining the Fault-Symptom with Cause-Result, is put forward and the design and application route of the method are also introduced. Finally basic conditions and ways to realize the intelligent self-diagnosing-fault system for PSPM are referred.
