摘　　要：作者依据儒家民本思想的性质特点对明朝邹元标之个案进行了剖析,从理论和史实上清楚地揭示了儒家民本思想与封建专制政治两者之间的关系,进而对民本思想的历史作用作出了相对客观的评价,文章指出,实现包括民本思想在内的具有实质合理性的文化传统的“创造性转化”乃是中国民主化进程不可或缺的需要。The author analyzes the case of Zhou Yuanbiao in Ming dynasty according to the nature and characteristics of the people-rooted thought of Confucianism, and in the aspects of theory and historical facts he demonstrates clearly the relationship between the people-rooted thought of Confucianism and the feudal autocracy. After that the author gives relatively objective comments on the historical role of the people-rooted thought. At the end of the thesis, the author points out that it is necessarily demanded by the China's democratic course to realize the creative transforming of substantially reasonable traditional culture, including the people-rooted thought.
