摘　　要：介绍了波导隙缝阵列平板天线的精密加工和制造技术 ,通过工艺分析 ,给出了平面波导焊接工艺分解结构 ,确定了主要关键技术 ,采用了多种控制加工变形方法 ,实现了焊前高精度装配要求 。One precision finishing method on panel antenna of array wave guide slot is introduced. By technological analysis, part structure of panel wave guide welding process is presented and key technology is stated. High precision assembling requirement for welding is met by various ways of avoiding the distortion in machining process. The correctness of this method is validated by difference analysis.
