摘　　要：民营金融的产生和发展是经济的市场深化所引致的结果。本文给出了民营金融的概念与发展现状,讨论了民营金融发展的必要性与可行性,对民营金融的发展路径与组织体系建设进行了一些分析,最后从政府与企业两个层面提出了民营金融发展的政策建议。The birth and developing of private finance is the outcome brought by the deepening marketization of economy. This article states the definition and status quo of private finance, discusses the necessity and feasibility of nongovernmental finance and analyzes the developing route and organizational structure of it. At last it brings forward some policies and suggestions from the aspects of government and enterprise.
