摘　　要：城市土地利用的合理性直接关系到城市的兴衰与区域的发展。本文分析了我国城市土地资源集约化利用的动因,归纳了城市土地资源集约化配置模式及其构成要素,提出了集约化利用城市土地、提升城市经营水平的对策。The reasonability of the use of city land directly concerns the ups and downs of city and the development of the city. This paper analyzes the reason for using city land intensively, sums up the intensive deploy pattern of city land resource and its essential factor, puts forward some countermeasures for promoting city management level by using city land intensively.
