摘　　要：利用Pro/E系统提供的二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,在VC++6.0环境下对Pro/E系统进行二次开发,开发出了基于Pro/E的齿轮专用CAD/CAPP/CAM集成应用系统,实现了齿轮类零件的自动生成、参数检索和修改,同时也实现了CAM系统对工艺信息的自动化获取和数控代码的自动生成.系统零件调用直观方便,用户界面友好.Based on Pro/E and the integrated environment of visualization language VC^(++)6.0,the application development of the machining mode of Pro/E is tried to carry out. The application system of CAD/CAPP/CAM for gear machining is developed and it realizes the automatic establishment of gear sample, the modification and index of the parameter. In the meantime, it also carries out the visualization design of the interface of NC, the automatic acquisition of technique information of CAM system and the automatic creation of NC codes. The part can be used conveniently and it is a system has a sound interface.
