摘　　要：本文应用大型化工流程模拟程序(PROCESS),对烃类蒸汽转化反应过程进行了模拟计算,并分别将计算结果与国外工艺参数及大型合成氨流程模拟软件(SAPROSS)的计算结果进行了比较及分析,比较分析表明利用PROCESS模拟程序,通过合适的处理方法,进行烃类蒸汽转化反应的模拟计算及分析是可行的。Using large simulation program in chemical process flowsheet (PROCESS), the calculations for hydrocarbons steam reforming reaction have heen carried out) and the results were to be analyzed and compared with the data from overseas from process parameters and calculations with large ammonia plant process simulation software (SAPROSS). Comparison and analysis indicate that by means of simulation program PROCESS and through appropriate way it is feasible to fulfill the simulated calculations and analysis of hydrocarbons steam reforming reaction.
