摘　　要：未来一段时期,我国城市化建设步伐必将明显加快,为商业银行发展提供了无限商机。作为融资主渠道的商业银行,应加大金融创新服务力度,充分发挥传统信贷融资方式的作用,拓宽新的融资渠道,利用银行的科技、网络、人才优势,在城市化建设中发挥应有的作用,实现城市建设与商业银行“双赢”。In the following period, the process of China's urbanization will be accelerated markedly, which may provide many commercial opportunities for the development of the commercial banks. Therefore, the commercial banks, as the main force in financing, should enhance financial innovation, create new financing channels while bringing the traditional ones into full play, and make their advantages of possessing science and technology, internet and personals. By doing so, they will make due contributions to the urbanization and thus achieve ″double wins″ in both urban construction and banking development.
