线型聚醚聚氨酯结构与形态的研究

摘　　要：用红外分光光度计,DSC,WAXD和偏光显微镜对二步溶液法制备的线型聚醚聚氨酯弹性体的结构、形态进行了探讨,发现以胺作扩链剂的聚氨酯具有较高的分相程度,扩链剂的种类对材料的软段玻璃化温度Tgs有较大的影响,且在聚醚聚氨酯中存在二种结晶形态。A series of linear polyether polyurethanes has been prepared by two step method polymerization in DMF solution with different hard segment content and different component. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterised by WAXD, IR, DSC and opitical microscope. IR results shows that there is about 60% C=O group hydrogen bonded with NH group. Two crystal forms of the samples has been observed by opitical microscope and WAXD. DSC results show that the extender and isocynate effect the glass transition temperature of the soft segment sharply.
