摘 要:采用不同剂量的高压静电场处理大麦、甜菜、玉米等作物风干种子,处理剂量分别为1kV/cm×10min、1.5kV/cm×10min、2kV/cm×10min、2.5kV/cm×10min、3kV/cm×10min、3.5kV/cm×10min、4kV/cm×10min、4.5kV/cm×10min、5kV/cm×10min、5.5kV/cm×10min。处理后4、8、16、32、小时测量超弱发光强度。试验结果表明,发光强度与处理剂量成正相关,各作物种子发光强度随时间呈指数衰减。Barley, beet, maize, etc. are treated with the high voltage static electric field of different treating doses, and, treating doses is 1kV/cm×10min, 1.5kV/cm×10min, 2kV/cm×10min, 2.5kV/cm×10min, 3kV/cm×10min, 3.5kV/cm×10min, 4kV/cm×10min, 4.5kV/cm×10min, 5kV/cm×10min, 5.5kV/cm×10min. Ultraweak luminescence intensity is measured at 4th, 8th, 16th, 32nd hour after the seeds are treated. As a result of the experiment, luminescence intensity of the seeds increases with the treating dose increasing has relation to. The luminescence intensity of all kinds of the seeds weakens with time passing.
