摘  要:考察了恒回流比分批精馏过程中各种设计参数对回流比的影响 ,并用分离难度系数关联了各参数 ,研究中权衡了生产中的操作费用和设备投资 ,结果表明 :分批精馏设计中适宜的分离难度系数应介于 0 .4~ 0 .6 ,对于一般情况可取 0 .5 ,视具体情况可调整该值的大小。The investigation on effects of various design parameters on reflux ratio for constant reflux ratio operation was conducted. And the degree of difficulty of separation ( q u) was used to correlate the parameters for ternary systems. Trade-off was made between operation cost and equipment cost in the study. The results showed that the appropriate range of q u was 0.4~0.6 for a separation task. And q u can be specified as 0.5 ordinarily, which can be readjusted according to actual situation. The study has laid the foundation for short-cut design of multicomponent batch distillation column.
