摘  要:采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了纳米晶体CuO及其复合氧化物粉体 ,用X射线衍射 (XRD)、热重 -差热分析 (TG -DTA)、透射电镜 (TEM )和二次粒度分布对CuO粉体进行表征 ,考察了温度、载体类型及CuO负载量对气体灵敏度和催化活性的影响。结果表明 ,焙烧温度为 5 0 0℃ ,CeO2 为载体及CuO负载量为 12 %时 ,制得的复合氧化物对CO气体有良好的气敏特性 ,并对CH4燃烧具有较好的催化特性。Nanosized CuO and complex oxide powders were prepared by sol-gel method and fabricated an indirectly heated thick film CuO based sensor. Phase composition, heat stability, grain size, and particle size distribution of CuO samples were studied by XRD, TG-DTA, TEM and Zetasize distribution analysis. The effects of calcinations temperature, the type of carrier and the load of CuO on the sensitivity and catalytic activity were studied. The results showed that 500 ℃ is the optimum calcinations temperature, CeO 2 is the best carrier and the optimum load content of CuO is 12% for the highest sensitivity of CO and catalytic activity for CH 4 combustion.
