补肾壮骨冲剂与密钙息治疗绝经后骨质疏松症综合疗效比较分析(英文)

摘　　要：背景:密钙息治疗骨质疏松症疗效在临床上较为肯定,但因价格、应用方式等原因,使其应用受到一定限制。目的:为了探讨中医药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症远期疗效,客观评价补肾壮骨冲剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效。设计:随机对照实验研究。方法:采用随机分组,在3家医院将175例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,入选先后分成补肾壮骨冲剂组88例,密钙息组87例,并且另设67例作为对照组。治疗后观察其疼痛缓解情况并测定前臂骨密度及血清钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶等骨代谢生化指标,进行综合疗效分析。主要观察指标:治疗后观察其疼痛、前臂骨密度、血清钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶结果。结果:补肾壮骨冲剂组、密钙息组的总有效率分别为87.51%和89.66%。两组间无明显差异(χ2=0.02,P>0.05);两组与空白对照组(总有效率为32.84%)比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=2.875～2.937,P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨冲剂与密钙息治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效相仿,而补肾壮骨冲剂有价格低廉、副作用少、服用方便等优势。BACKGROUND:The clinical therapeutic effectiveness of calcitonin is quite sure, but price and the method in application limit clinical application. OBJECTIVE:To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Bushen Zhuanggu(to nify the kidney-yang,and strengthen the bone) medicament in the treatment of me nopausal osteoporosis for discussing the long-term therapeutic effect of tradit ional Chinese medicine(TCM). DESIGN:A randomiaed control study. SETTING,PARTICIPANTS and INTERVENTIONS:Totally 175 menopausal osteoporosis pat ients selected from 3 hospitals were randomly allocated into Bushen Zhuanggu med icament group(n=88) and calcitonin group(n=87) and moreover,another 67 subjects were selected into control group.The conditions of pain relieve after therapy we re observed.The osseous density of forearm was detected.The biochemical indexes of bone metabolism,such as serous calcium,serous phosphorate and ALP,were assaye d.All results were collected for integrate therapeutic effectiveness analysis. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Results of pain,serous calcium,serous phosphorate and AL P after treatment. RESULTS:The total effective rate in Bushen Zhuanggu medicament group and calci tonin group was 87.51%and 89.66%respectively with no significant difference(χ 2=0.02,P >0.05).However,there were differences between the two therapy groups an d that of control group(total effective rate of 32.84%) with statistical signif icances(χ2=2.875-2.937,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:There is similar therapeutic effectiveness of Bushen Zhuanggu medic ament in the treatment of menopausal osteoporosis compared with calcitonin;howev er,Bushen zhuanggu medicament has the advantages of low price,less side effects and convenient application and so on.
