摘　　要：结合作者的研究方向——固液混合铸造制备非枝晶微晶合金,介绍了半固态非枝晶组织材料制备的发展与现状,分析了其非枝晶组织的形成机理。重点介绍了固液混合铸造技术的工艺及其非枝晶组织的形成机理。Based on the author's research direction—solid-liquid mixed casting to prepare micro-crystal nondendritic alloy, this paper introduces the development and present state of preparations of semisolid alloy with nondendritic microstructures. The mechanisms of formation of non-dendritic microstructures are also discussed. Meanwhile, the paper places emphasis on solid-liquid mixed casting process and the mechanisms for non-dendritic structures.
