摘　　要：目的 探讨异位妊娠患者尿、血β绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG ),孕酮(P) 水平。方法 采用放射免疫方法(RIA) 测定异位妊娠120例(异位妊娠组),尿、血β-hCG、P水平,并与70例先兆流产(先兆流产组)作对照。结果 异位妊娠组,尿、血β-hCG 和 P水平分别为141.9±82.2IU/L、74.6±49.6IU/L;和 16.9±14nmol/L,显著低于先兆流产组的 226.7±90.8IU/L、215.7±113.7IU/L、和 52.8±24 nmol/L。两组比较,差异有极显著性,P<0.01。结论 β-hCG、P水平是反映滋养细胞功能的重要指标,联合测定有助于对异位妊娠的早期诊断和评估。Objective To assess the level of uric β-hCG, serum β-hCG and progesterone in ectopicabortion.Methods Uric β-hCG, serum β-hCG, progesterone were measured by.RIA in 120 ectopicpregnancys(ectopic pregnancy group).The comparison group was 70 threatened abortions(threatened abor-tion group). Result Uric β-hCG, serum β-hCG and progesterone were 141.9±82.2IU/L, 74.6±49.6IU/L,16.9±14nmol/L in ectopic pregnancy group, which were obviously lower than those ( 226.7±90.8IU/L,215.7±113.7IU/L and 52.8±24nmol/L) in threatened abortion group. The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion It prompts that the level of β-hCG and progesterone may be an important indicatorwhich reflects the function of trephocyte. It is valuable in early detect and assessment of ectopicpregnancy to assay them jointly.
