摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻内窥镜手术代替传统柯-陆手术治疗非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病的疗效。方法　总结分析我科近5年来采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗21例非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病患者。结果　21例术后随访6～24个月,原有症状消失,未见复发。结论　鼻内窥镜为治疗本病基本术式,彻底清除病灶、纠正鼻腔结构异常及恢复鼻窦纤毛功能为治疗原则。Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on the paranasalsinuses mycosis.Method 21 cases with nasal sinus mycoses were analyzed retrospectively .All of themhad undergone endoscopic operation.Result In the follow up of 64 month, all cases were cured.Conclusion Endoscopic operation is the basic surgical method to treat the non-invasive nasal sinusmycoses. Excising the focus thoroughly, correcting the abnormal nasal cavity structure and resuming thecleanout function of nasal sinus cilia are the principle of treatment.
