摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)放疗病人对健康教育认知需求的内容和程度,为病人提供最佳的心理支持;从而达到减轻放疗的副反应,提高病人的生活质量。方法 对118例住院NPC放疗病人采用自行设计“健康教育需求和健康知识调查问卷”,由病人自行评估选择,对文盲辅助测评,所得数据进行统计学处理。结果 NPC病人对癌症疾病及放疗知识缺乏认识;对健康教育需求强烈,分布面较广;在出院后对健康教育咨询选择有趋同性。结论 为有效进行健康教育提供科学依据,并为社区开展健康教育提供了方向。Objective To explore the content and extent of cognitive needs for health education innasopharungeal carcinoma patients receiving radiotherapy and provide optimal psychological supports forthe patients; thereby to reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and improve the life quality ofpatients. Methods A self-designed questionnaire 'Investigation on Cognitive Needs for Health Educa-tion' was conducted among 118 cases of nasopharungeal carcinoma patients receiving radiotherapy. Thepatients evaluated and determined the answer by themselves, assisted the illiteracy to determine andreview The data. obtained were analyzed statistically. Results The nasopharungeal carcinoma patientslacked cognition about carcinoma and radiotherapy, and they showed a strong desire for health educationof wide distribution; after leaving the hospital, they had the similarity in consulting health education.Conclusion The investigation demonstrates the necessity of health education, and points out theorientation of community health education.
