摘　　要：目的　了解支气管哮喘患者遵医治疗的情况。方法 采用自编支气管哮喘患者遵医行为调查问卷对50名哮喘病患者进行遵医行为情况调查。结果 完全遵医行为项目中:吸入激素情况为20%,正确书写哮喘日记为4%,正确应用峰流速仪为6%,呼吸放松技巧训练为20%,耐寒锻炼为20%,患者能做到定期门诊复查24%,参加“哮喘之家”活动26%。说明:文化素质、经济、求医环境、医疗意向等都明显影响着患者的遵医行为,大部分患者不遵医行为现象极为普遍。结论 作者认为建立一套完整的全面的健康教育方法,采取有效方式加强对哮喘患者的教育,建立良好的护患关系。使患者学会一整套完整的自我监控、自我管理方法,帮助患者实现治疗的最佳目标极为重要。Objective To study the condition of treatment compliance in bronchial asthma patients.Methods 50 cases of bronchial asthma patients were investigated by self-composed questionnaire oftreatment compliance behavior for bronchial asthma patients.Results: The results showed:in thecompleted treatment compliance,inhaled hormone was 20%, wrote correctly diary about asthma was 4%,used rightly peak expiratory flow apparatus was 6%, skill training of respiration relaxing was 20%, coldresistance exercise was 20%, regular reexamination in out-patient was 24%, attending“the asthmafamily' was 26%; Indicated:the treatment compliance behavior of bronchial asthma patients was affectedby culture degree,economic and hospitalized environment,and medical treatment order etc.Theincompliance behavior was very universal in most patients.Conclusion We consider that it is veryimportant to establish a suit of integrated health education method,strengthen the education of asthmapatients by effective manner, establish good relationship between nurses and patients, and make thepatients learn a suit of integrated self-controlling and self-management method.
