摘 要:本文介绍了10t电磁天平的结构特点与工作原理,用新的理论分析方法,推导出理论公式。并介绍了采取独特的有效措施,充分挖掘现有1MN杠杆力标准机的潜力,研制开发出具有优良特性(在1~10t载荷下测量不确定度均达到5×10^-7)的10t电磁天平的方法,最后以实测数据验证了文章论述的正确性、可行性及其实用价值。This paper introduces the structural characteristics and operating principle of the lOt electromagnetic balance, as well as the theoretical formula deduced by means of a new theoretical analytical method. It gives a minute description of how to bring out the latent capacity of present 1MN lever force standard machine with a unique and effective measure, and how to develop the 10t electromagnetic balance with good characteristics (the uncertainty under the load of 1~10t reaches 5×10~7). Finally, the correctness feasibility and applicability of what this article describes are verified by experiment.
