摘  要:用化学方法制备了纳米微胶囊铜润滑添加剂,通过四球机考察了其在矿物油中的摩擦学性能,结果表明:纳米微胶囊铜润滑添加剂具有优良的减摩、抗磨和极压性能。其润滑作用机理是Cu纳米粒子在摩擦表面沉积,并在高温高压下形成低剪切强度的表面膜,减少摩擦磨损,表现出良好的极压和抗磨减摩性能。Nanometer microcapsule copper were synthesized with chemical reaction, and its tribological properties are investigated with four - ball tester in mineral oil, the results show that the additive has good extreme - pressure (EP) , and - wear (AW) and friction - reduction properties. The mechanism is that nanometer copper powder sedimentates on the rub surface to form a low shear strength surface film at high temperature and pressure, which can reduce the friction wear, and the film displays excellent extreme pressure, anti - wear and friction - reducing properties.
