摘　　要：目的　探讨胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)相关的发生因素。方法　对 15 9例IUGR病人 ,按其发病原因分组 ,进行归类分析。结果　脐带因素、妊娠并发症、支原体阴道炎、α 地中海贫血及遗传因素是发生IUGR的主要原因。结论　加强产前、产时监护 ,及早发现导致IUGR的高危因素 ,积极治疗妊娠并发症 ,对改善围生儿预后 ,降低围生儿死亡 ,具有极其重要的意义。Objective To inquiring into the occurring factors correlated with intrauterine growth retardation.Methods One hundred and fifty nine cases of IUGR patients of our hospital were divided into groups according to invasion reasons.They were also classified and summarized.Results Umbical cord factor,pregnant complication,mycoplasmia vaginitics,L-Mediterranean anemia and hereditary factor are the main reasons causing the IUGR.Conclusion In order to improve prognosis of perinatal infant and reduce demise of perinaetal infant,reinforceing the guardianship of anteparturn and intrapartum;as soon as possible discovering the high risk factors causing the IUGR;actively cursing the pregnant complication and curing IUGR earlier have the most important significance.
