棕褐沙林蚁水提物抗炎作用初探

摘　　要：为观察棕褐沙林蚁水提物对佐剂性关节炎的保护作用 ,用二甲苯制作小鼠耳郭肿胀模型 ,称量耳片 ,计算肿胀度 ;用弗氏完全佐剂制作大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型 ,用容积法测量大鼠足跖肿胀率 ;用分光光度计法测量前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )。结果 :小鼠灌胃给予棕褐沙林蚁水提物 2、4g/kg时 ,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳郭肿胀有显著抑制作用 ,其作用类似于消炎痛。棕褐沙林蚁水提物 1 0 0、45 0、90 0mg/kg连续用药 ,均可明显剂量依赖性地抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎的原发性及继发性炎症反应 ,可降低炎症局部的PGE2 质量浓度 ,其作用与吡罗昔康相似。The objective was to study the protect effects and mechanism of water extract of Emery formicusina(WEEF) on adjuvant arthritis. The adjuvant arthritis model of rat,the model of ear edema induced by xylene in mice were used. The results showed that WEEF could significantly 1) inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene in mice; 2)inhibit the primary and secondary inflammation of rats induced by the complete Freund's adjuvant; 3)lower the PGE 2 of local inflammatory position. WEEF has the anti-inflammatory effects on adjuvant arthritis model of rats, the mechanism of anti-inflammation may be considered with the reduction of PGE 2.
