摘　　要：当前,城市规划实施事前、事中监管不足,缺乏规范化的基础保障,现行督察技术落后,应建立规划实施监督信息系统和电子报批信息系统,以解决编造审批文件、虚报技术经济指标等问题。At present,not edequate efforts have beenmade in supervision before and in the course of theimplementation of city planning.Besides there is alsoa lack of standardized basic guarantee and thesupervising and examining techology in force isbackward.Therefore an information system for thesupervision on the implementation of the planningand the information system for the electronic ap-proval and exaination should be established to avoidsuch problems as made-up approval and examina-tion documents and false report on technical andeconomic targets,etc.[
