睡眠脑电图、心电图、血氧饱和度监测诊断儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨睡眠脑电图、心电图诊断儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停 (OSA)价值。方法　对 12 6例疑似OSA患儿 (观察组 )及 5 8例正常儿童 (对照组 )的夜间睡眠脑电图、心电图、经皮血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸等进行监测 ,一个睡眠周期后计算睡眠呼吸暂停指数 (AHI) ,并与其他监测数据进行综合分析。结果　观察组确诊 OSA75例 (OSA组 ) ,排除 5 1例 (非 OSA组 ) ;OSA组与对照组、非 OSA组比较 ,各项监测指标均差异显著。结论　睡眠脑电图、心电图可为诊断Objective To explore the diagnostic value of sleep electroencephalography and electrocardiograpy on children with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).Methods 126 cases with suspected OSA were included in the study group,and 58 normal cases were selected as the control group.Electroencephalography,electrocardiography,oximeteric saturation,heart rate,respiratory rate were monitored for one period in the two groups.The indexes of sleep apnea were calculated and the indexes were generally analysed along with the changes of electroencephalography,electrocardiography,oximeteric saturation which monitored simultaneously.Results 75 cases were diagnosed,51 cases were excluded.The diagnosed cases were compared with the cases in the conrol group and the excluded cases,all results had significant differences.Conclusion The abnormalities of sleep electroencephalography and electrocardiography have important value on diagnosis of children with OSA.
